The house can accommodate 4 adults. The rent is €36 per night. For long-term stays of 30 days or more we give 40% discount on the rental price.

There is a service charge of € 30,- per booking. This is for water, electricity, clean bed linen and kitchen towels. There is a safety deposit of €150,- per booking. After your stay the caretaker will do a check of the house, if everything is ok we will refund the deposit within one week.

Because we want to keep the price as low as possible we don’t have a cleaning charge, we expect you will leave the house clean and fresh and in the same condition as when you arrived.

Reservations
The calendar on the availability page shows when holiday house Dahab can be rented. It’s updated on a regular basis. You can contact us via the contact form on this site or via info@vakantiehuisdahab.nl and let us know which period you would like to rent the house. We will send you a confirmation by e-mail as well as the booking form.

After we send you the confirmation mail and we receive the completed booking form, you pay 30% of the total booking amount. Your booking is confirmed after we received your payment. At least 30 days before arrival you complete the payment.

Cancelations
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking amount. If you cancel your reservation within 7 days before arrival you pay the complete booking amount.

Travel and cancellation insurance
We advise all travelers to take both a travel and a cancellation insurance.
